There are many different materials and styles to choose from when deciding on siding. Most popular and affordable of these is vinyl siding. Vinyl has come a long way in the time that it has been around. Different grades, colors, textures and styles really give you more options. However with more traditional choices like cedar clapboard, and shakes, to board and baton and ship-lapped siding, anyone's tastes can be met.

Roofing, like vinyl siding, has come a long way. With the traditional look of three tab shingles to architectural asphalt, you can now have the look of a far more expensive budget with a price that's down to earth. Architectural shingles are made to mimic cedar shake roofs and slate roofs at a fraction of the price and can have warranties of up to 50 years. Updating your roof gives you peace of mind, but it is also a great bargaining chip when it comes to selling. We've had quite a few jobs where new roofs were negotiated to be installed before the new buyer would commit to the mortgage.

Replacement windows pay for themselves over time. They'll save on your energy bills since the new insulating technologies are far better than the old single pane glass windows that many homes still have. Options for design, grills and materials are constantly growing. Tilt-in sashes make your life easier. Have the grills installed inside the glass and you might even look forward to cleaning them.
